It requires sophisticated coordination of the upper and lower abs, the pelvic floor and the inner thighs. Too much or too little engagement can undermine these efforts and can establish poor habits. Kathleen helps you analyze your posture with a variety of mat exercises and work swith you to correct imbalances.
