Mudras are powerful symbolic gestures that channel energy and assist you on your inward journey. Used with intention, these hand positions create connections in the nervous system, activate specific regions of the brain, and improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

Join us to explore six commonly used mudras and learn how to incorporate them into your yoga and meditation practice in a meaningful way. This 90 minute workshop will include breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation.
