  Greetings from your friendly neighborhood Stability Chair! I provide a whole body workout, adding both challenge and support. You can stand, sit, or lie, climb on top, or cuddle beside me and get strong in real-life, functional ways. Use your hands or use your feet to push on my pedals - together or separate - and all without those pesky straps and ropes. Whether you are an athlete or a couch potato, I’ll help you find a fresh focus even in familiar moves. Watch the calendar for group chair classes!
