Fascia and Flow

The human body is designed to move; you feel best when movement is easy. Your fascial system controls the ease or difficulty of muscle engagement and joint mobility. It provides tension balancing, flexibility, and structural support. It even holds your physical, mental, and emotional stress. Let it go! Learn how to recruit more tension to find strength and shift the tension elsewhere to find flexibility. Zoa will show you how to incorporate fascia stimulating props, the mind-body connection, and the concept of Flow to bring increased wellness to your fascia.


Teachers will take away a new approach to movement that will enhance students' comfort, flexibility, and enjoyment. Yoga Alliance instructors may earn 2 Contact Hours towards their Continuing Education requirements.
