Kids get it right. They exercise all the time, but they call it play. Here's your chance find your inner child again. This energetic series will get your heart pumping, your sweat pouring, & most importantly, your laugh flowing as you learn to incorporate cardio-based Pilates with a special, facia stimulating hoop. You will swivel & swirl your way to a core strength, overall toning, & increased self-awareness. All fitness & experience levels welcome. 55 min. 4 sessions. Min 3 participants
