Do you have questions about what look for when grocery shopping, meal planning, or just need more guidance to improve your eating, exercise or lifestyle habits? Her is your chance to pick up the brain of a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer for a private Q&A session. All you need is to fill out 1 form before your session so she can be prepared for you.
