Thai Yoga Therapy

A gentle yet profound healing treatment, Thai Yoga Therapy integrates Yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhist practices. Your therapist will incorporate a mixture of pressure, assisted yoga, energy work, and meditation into your private session. Your job is to wear loose, comfortable clothing, breathe, and relax as your body is skillfully pulled, stretched, rocked and coaxed into releasing tension and stiffness. Your session will incorporate whole body stretches along with focussed attention on your the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs.
