Fitness Assessment
Let Angie show you how fit you are! Her comprehensive fitness assessment gives you information you need to know where you are, decide where you are going, and help you to get there. Angie will take readings & measurements of body composition, resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, aerobic capacity, and more! She'll explain to you what all the numbers mean. This information is invaluable in determining your health status and getting to understand the numbers BEYOND the scale.
Fitness Sessions are 30 minutes long, one-on-one, and by appointment.

Stand and move under the watchful eyes of a STOTT Pilates® Certified Instructor to bring a new awareness to your body's alignment. Learn which muscles your body wants to loosen, strengthen, or use more often. Identify how your body compensates for old injuries, poor postural habits, and suboptimal movement patterns.
