Yoga

Our yoga classes offer individualized instruction and attention to each person’s body and mind within a small group setting limited to 8 or fewer students. Classes encourage a calm demeanor, clear and focussed thought, safe movement of the entire body, greater strength, increased flexibility, and a positive outlook on the Universe. All levels and abilities are always welcome including beginners; all that is needed to practice yoga is to BREATHE. We want you to leave our studio feeling more at peace with yourself, moving with greater ease, and mentally and physically ready to take on the world!
