Justine has been a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer since 2006 where she was certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She teaches a variety of land and water based strength and cardio group classes as she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Master’s Degree in recreation. Since then she has continued to explore and educate herself on safe and effective exercise techniques to incorporate into classes and training sessions. Proper body position and form is essential in exercise to properly work the muscle and prevent injury, and Justine strives to ensure every participant and client uses correct form to best achieve his/her fitness goals. |
